It was a few months though before he was free to work at my house, which I had bought recently. He is very experienced in a wide range of skills: he did woodwork, cabinetry, drywall, tile, plumbing, flooring, painting, brick work, and remodeling at my house. I liked that he spoke up when he saw something I didn't know about, like evidence of water damage from a leak. Reasonably priced, very pleasant, a good communicator, careful, respectful, and honest. A good family man, so I always felt comfortable around him. The best handyman I've ever had work on my home anywhere.

Good overall but very expensive. We opted to go with them based on believing their pitch about…read moretheir excellent customer service. They did not do a good job cleaning up after install leaving a lot of sharp metal scraps around the house. We did need them to come back at few times - some to fix installation misses, some to fix weather related failures. I'd give customer service about a 6.5 - they did come back out but it was some time to get a callback and then actual repair. If I had had to do it again, I'd have gotten a couple more bids. May still have gone with them but it would have been a more informed choice.
