However, after the painting was completed, he failed to show up for the roof repair work for a month, lying and making up excuses every time. I now want my money back, but he is refusing to give it to me and making up excuses. Seeing other people's experiences with this same man surprises me. But my experience was totally opposite. He even made sure we got our handprints in before everything set. Scope-wise, this wasn't just a basic pour. They handled drainage (which was critical), ran a gas line sleeve for future use, and tied in gutter flow underneath the path so water actually goes where it should. They applied a curing agent on top (that white layer you'll see), and since then we've had rain -- zero puddling, everything draining exactly as planned. If you want concrete done properly, or even just want someone to evaluate existing work, these are the people to call. Really impressed with the whole team.
