C and C owner Jeremy Conn jumped at the chance to roof our 800k home. He came in with false promises and later to find out, complete lies. He never ONCE came to the job site to oversee his roofers, EACH NIGHT they left an embarrassing mess of a large quantity of trash that filtered into neighboring yards, and killed our fescue grass. The nightmare has continued for two years. The quality of their work was terrible and actually ended up causing more damage to our home. The roof leaked in two different rooms and the owner Jeremy Conn had his roofers come out and put SILICONE on our roof as a permanent fix! He never responded or followed through to fix the interior damage caused by TWO leaks. We had to hire another contractor to finish the job and repair all the damage caused by their mistakes and crappy work. They literally have ruined our roof, lied about the warranty, and still continue to be dishonest.

This meant I wouldn't need to deal with a lot of the paperwork and middle man stuff. I truly didn't want to mess with and simply wanted my roof replaced due to storm damage. I called HCS and they came back with an estimate. I approved the work. Materials were ordered and roof installed as promised with no issues. Cody was fantastic and easy to work with overall. My only hiccup was some confusion with them working with my insurance company as a preferred provider.
