She helped us to solve a couple of dilemmas even. She was so easy to work with and paid attention to our home-specific concerns. She showed up to review everything on the first day of install and came by after they were done to evaluate it all and address any questions. We were about a year out on the schedule but then about 5 months after we signed the contract they suddenly had an opening to do our house.
