I went there 7 minutes before it closed but they already had the door locked and a customer in there taking plenty of time picking out what he wanted...I knocked on the door before closing time bc I could have grabbed what I need quickly and easily in the time that the other customer took...I walked in once he walked out and the employee said bc it was past 10 pm he couldn't help me! I bought a box of vape coils. When I got home I saw that instead of a full pack there was one single coil. Apparently they were taking them out and selling them individually. I paid for a full pack and received one. I paid with a credit card and chose the no receipt option so they refused to make it right. They lost a regular customer. read more

I went to go buy a vape the lady with her dogs turned on the open sign and I went to try and buy a vape it was 9:55 at this time I was told I couldn't come in to get a vape! In the mean time the worker goes to the car and gets her dogs to bring them in! At the same time another customer showed up at 9:57 in which he had went into the vape shop and the worker served the customer before 10am while I'm still waiting in my car until 10. Not that big of a deal right well then I go spend almost 40 dollars on a vape for it to not work and I politely ask the worker if there was something we could do since my vape was already malfunctioning as soon as I took it out the box! She states well nothing I can do about it and goes on to be rude and inconsiderate but I am giving this company my business for someone to treat me unfairly is in acceptable. I am cool with the actual owner and never had an issue before! I even promote my business at the location! But because of the lady working was rude and inconsiderate and wouldn't give me the bosses number to contact him! I recommend finding new employees who one don't have dogs going to work with them and also someone who has better manners and a higher IQ when it comes to serving customers! read more
