But they were patient and kind every step of the way. On the day of, they called to confirm the time and showed up early for setup. Conductor Mike was entertaining and played the part very well. We all felt safe and he ensured that. We got about four rides in one hour and honestly that was perfect for about 10-15 kids - and that includes the adults that got to enjoy it. After multiple emails, the pricing kept changing, and every new quote added more questionable fees. They started with a reasonable number, then suddenly added inflated charges like excessive delivery fees, "basic labor," and extra handling fees that made the final total skyrocket. It felt very misleading and honestly like a bait-and-switch. I was not even booking a full event, just trying to rent a dance floor, and the final price was completely unreasonable for such a small request.
