The business was incredibly responsive and very flexible to my sisters many date changes. My poor nephew had a fever the whole week before his birthday, but luckily he broke it and we were able to reschedule for the following day. I think we must've given four schedule changes ay yi yi. But they were patient and kind every step of the way. On the day of, they called to confirm the time and showed up early for setup. Conductor Mike was entertaining and played the part very well. We all felt safe and he ensured that. We got about four rides in one hour and honestly that was perfect for about 10-15 kids - and that includes the adults that got to enjoy it. When they came to drop off our bounce house they offered us an upgrade at no additional cost. When they came to pick it up they noticed the kids were still enjoying it and offered to come back a little later since we were close to their building so the kids could keep having fun it it at no additional cost.
