Very pleased with the seemingly High ethical approach of our translator contact. We needed a quick translation for government document certified, and the translator was willing to wait for us after hours to meet and discuss the project. Only to realize that he could not do the work because he was not a part of a short list of approved translators for the foreign Embassy.... He kept us from having to pay him, for translations, instead turn to the work away and we took it elsewhere but he was honest, provided a high level of customer service, and ethical. I have no idea how this place have that many starts,unbelievable.So unprofessional,first they give different prices to people for the same translation.Moreover they charged me as a rush translate and get the job done(with full of mistake and kindergarten kids school paper format)on a regular service.They just want to rip you off as much as they can but they don't keep the promise about timing,or professionalism.They provide a copy of my transcript and it was on unacceptable format,they even know how to use Microsoft office pages!!! They don't have an office as it's claimed here and also google.The owner Mario will try to make you wrong no matter what!I wish I knew a place to complain about this business,they shouldn't have a business. Five stars for no issues with the translation, quick turnaround service, and straightforward quote/pricing! Not sure why ABC Translating Services doesn't have any reviews yet, it should. I contacted a few translating services when I needed a Spanish to English translation of my marriage certificate, and Mario was the most straight forward - and friendly - of the bunch. He quoted an scanned copy of my documents as well as had the translation notarized (for a fee.) Not sure what else you could need in a translation service!
