Had my debit card tied up for over a week with a double charge that left my card upside down. If you don't have more than 2x the amount needed for your ticket don't use this service. They will give you any excuse to point the blame on anything else including the customer. My charge eventually fell off 9 days later. I'm moving away and it really did ruined my last few days at home before I left. They offered bothing in compensation. I told the "agent" I would not use them again he said "that's fine e we can't force you" this company doesn't want or deserve business. Stay away. read more
