We had $300.00 in cash to make a payment but you stated that you could not except any cash it must be on a credit card.. That should have been red flag #1 ... Tried to use my debit card for the 1st payment on the app and it was charging me $18 more, red flag #2... We to the store across town just to ask questions and they are the wonderful humans that explained how it worked... Thankfully we had not opened the washing machine and it was still in the box and returned... Since living in Lansing for the past 20 years, ABC has the reputation of having horrible customer service, broken/damaged products, and very poor delivery/handling of purchased products. If it were not for their prices they would've been out of business years before Covid. I recently bought a washing machine from them due to the fact they were $250/300 cheaper than everyone else. When in the store the service there was average. Had to wait a bit to be helped but once helped it went well and the people were nice. However once delivery happened it was horrible. Delivery people refused to take off their shoes!! Washer was all scratched up because they don't no protect it or wrap it up when moving it. And when removing old they almost took out one of my walls. THIS IS WHY THEY HAVE FREE DELIVERY. in the end I had them deliver a brand new one still in the box and I had someone else carry it upstairs and install it. ABC is not to be trusted. But they can give u the best price on an appliance but that's really all they can do. Chris is a nice gentlemen but does not care about his delivery and installation one bit. Oh my god, my experience is so similar to L.H.'s below, unfortunately. I just experienced probably the worst customer service - because it was unapologetically rude - that I've had in YEARS. Maybe ever... We ordered a new washing machine Monday from ABC Warehouse. We could have gone two other places for a better price, but my fiance's father has always bought his electronics and major appliances from ABC, and so we took his recommendation. I took the day off today for the delivery. I found it very odd and pretty inconvenient that ABC could not narrow the delivery time down, and quoted that it would occur between 9 AM and 4 PM. That's a huge time frame of just waiting around, but I dealt with it. I took the day off of work, and they said they would call my fiance a half hour before delivery to give me the heads up. So, at 2:40 PM, there was still no phone call. I figured that since it was getting close to the final hour, I'd call to check in. The girl who answered the phone told me should could not locate that a delivery had been scheduled for us. She asked who my salesperson was, I gave his name, and she put me on hold. A man answered, who was not my salesperson, and said "There's a problem with your delivery. When would you like to reschedule?" and the following conversation ensued: Me: Well, what happened? ABC: Your washer got damaged. (suddenly talking very fast) Another washing machine fell on yours and we don't have another here. Me: No one could have called earlier to tell us about this? ABC: (with attitude and an annoyed tone in his voice, and speaking very fast - which came off like he was obviously LYING) Well, the delivery guy texted me and I was with a customer and I didn't want to be rude to my customer and call you while I was working with my customer. What do you want?! You want to cancel your entire order?! Me: I want you to not be rude to me.. ABC: Don't you think you're being rude to me?! Me: I asked you what happened to my delivery. ABC: Do you want to reschedule or what to you want me to do? Me: Let me call my fiance. Thanks. You could just tell by the tone in his voice that he was completely full of it. And aside from him being completely wrong and rude to me, even if I were an angry and rude CUSTOMER, there was never an apology. I don't HAVE to be nice to you, but you do need to be nice to me. That's business. This guy has no sense. Obviously, if you really just got some text and you didn't see it and you didn't text me, you could have been honest and said "I just got the notification a moment ago. I know this must be inconvenient for you and I apologize. What can I do to make this better?". Seriously, be a professional! I told my fiance to cancel the entire purchase with them. I absolutely do not trust this business, and have been treated extremely poorly, not only as a customer, but as a person. Let me 1st start off by saying the only good thing about this place is they work with bad credit...... We ordered an adjustable New Queen bed 2 weeks ago. Verified with the salesman that it would be delivered on the 21st of December. On December 21st they let us know that there would not be a delivery because the Salesman put the 28th..... They were not willing to do anything to make it right, no free assembly of the bed frame ( Headboard and Footboard) or anything. Finally it is delivery day, they get there and look at my wife with a dirty look and say " Ohh this will be fun" because we are on the 2nd Floor ( 8 steps). Then they come in the apartment without boot covers and track snow and slush throughout the apartment........ THIS IS EXACTLY why we will NEVER GO THROUGH ABC WAREHOUSE again...... and people wonder why Art Van and other furniture stores are better......... read more

My boyfriend and I bought our first grill from abc a week ago. We first went to Lowes and the grill we were looking at (Weber Genesis) was $699. I asked the lowes sales associate if that was their best price..he said yes because Weber didn't allow price reductions (he compared the company to Dyson vacuums lol). Well I figured I'd call ABC (right in front of him by the way!) and the sales manager answered the phone. Long story short he said he'd cut $50 off the price of the grill PLUS theow in a premium Weber grill cover for free (it was $49 at both lowes and abc, I asked abc if they would match Internet prices of $39 and he DID BETTER YET)! I will always call or go to ABC to comparison shop, the sales manager was awesome to save us $100 on our new Weber grill & cover! We purchased a new microwave on November 3 from ABC, paid in full. Bad move. We were told it would be in in a couple of days, at the most, 1 week. Today is December 14, our microwave came in today. The run around is no less than a marathon. When we went to pick up our new microwave, the girl who had to check us out just sat behind the counter until a salesman got her attention. She didn't greet us, didn't look at us - nothing. She checked us out and told us to pull up outside and they would get it. 25 minutes later, my husband went in and fetch the delivery man. Ordered a furniture set on Wednesday, told delivery would be that Saturday. Well do to the incompetence of the sales man Gary, my address was entered in correctly with a 10 min difference in location. The delivery company (outsourced according to Devin the manager) won't delivery it to me until the upcoming Tuesday. When I talk to Devin and Gary neither show any remorse just that it's not their fault cause they don't control the delivery company. The best thing is I got rid of my previous furniture to make room for the new furniture so nothing to sit on and once again let down by the cheapest price in town. I'm super pissed off and they would rather cancel everything than keep me as a customer that has spent well over $5k in the last year. read more

Terrible experience at the Livonia Store on Plymouth Road. I purchased a new stove, and paid for delivery. The sales associate stated that the delivery driver will call me as late in the day as possible "after 4PM" so that someone could be home to receive the unit. The following day, the driver calls around 11, and says they're 45 minutes away. I stated that no one is home, and requested that if they can't deliver for late in the day, they can drop it off at the store (which is 3 miles away from the house)...same conversation I had at the store the previous day. The store manager had to get involved...long story short, they made it such a big deal to drop off the unit back at the store (to which I agreed to pick up myself at the end of the day). Total lack of forthcoming with a solution on their own. Ultimately, the store manager agreed to have the unit dropped off at the store (thanks for that). The following day, the sales associate called, claiming amnesia that he never mentioned a 4PM call for a late delivery. What I find very unprofessional is for a sales associate to have the courage to call a paying customer and complain that a manager "yelled at him for an hour" and he found it necessary to call me a liar and vent on me. Unacceptable. This is what happens when crude sales people with no personal skills and no sense for customer satisfaction are allowed to roam around ABC. Terrible experience, you pay with your hard earned money, and as a reward, the associate calls you back to lecture you. I would recommend you avoid the Livonia store. read more

Not only did he give me a great deal, provide delivery and taking the old stove he was very nice and helpful. Bad credit, no credit or good credit Doug will get you financed for something you need!
