On the possession day, the bin was not collected, forcing me to deal with this issue after my client took possession. When I contacted the office, I was told the bin was "over height" the day before, but no one bothered to inform me, leaving me blindsided. If they had communicated, I could have resolved the issue. Instead, I had to argue with the owner to get the bin removed, adding unnecessary stress. This company's poor service and lack of communication are unacceptable--avoid at all costs.

What was supposed to be a reasonably siple job turned into something a lot more interesting as the fixtures were original to the builing (+25 years) and parts were almost impossible to find. Most plumbers would have given up and simply provided a quote for, "new". He searched high and low (iterally I think) for the one part for the toilet to make it functional. His persistence paid off! His price was extremely reasonable and I would strongly recommend him based on the experience I had regarding his repairs.
