On the possession day, the bin was not collected, forcing me to deal with this issue after my client took possession. When I contacted the office, I was told the bin was "over height" the day before, but no one bothered to inform me, leaving me blindsided. If they had communicated, I could have resolved the issue. Instead, I had to argue with the owner to get the bin removed, adding unnecessary stress. This company's poor service and lack of communication are unacceptable--avoid at all costs.

As soon as you walk in you realize this isn't your average thrift store. The store is well laid out, organized and has that fantastic smell of used gear (but in a good way); it all brings back good memories of the past. They have a good assortment of records (yes vinyl is making a comeback). And they are dirt cheap; mostly costing less than a buck! I picked up two records and it cost me a toonie. How great is that!! The store shelves are organized in a great way, great friendly and inviting owners, wonderful jazz music was playing in the background, housewares, books, clothing, toys, electronics and even furniture were available to snap up.
