This place is unprofessional and unsafe. I waited over five hours in extreme heat with my one year old child while the employee refused to release my vehicle or even answer the doorbell. I had valid proof of ownership and my ID was locked inside the car, which is allowed under Texas law as long as you can reasonably prove identity. She ignored me completely, walked away every time we asked for help, and refused to open the door after I told her I was filing a TDLR complaint. That shows she was retaliating and refusing service on purpose. Multiple people tried to help me, including my partner, and she still refused and lied to the police saying people refused to show ID. That was completely false. I had my insurance, photos of my ID, and every required document. She still refused to release my vehicle. The moment my grandfather arrived she suddenly decided to help, proving she could have handled it the entire time but chose to drag it out and be petty. Texas Occupations Code 2303 requires them to release a vehicle when ownership is reasonably verified. They cannot refuse service for personal reasons or retaliation. She violated these laws repeatedly. She also refused to identify herself, refused to provide her license information, and gave inconsistent statements to the police. I am filing complaints with TDLR, the Texas Attorney General, the BBB, the FTC, HUD, the EEOC, and local law enforcement for retaliation, false statements, and endangering a child. My one year old could have had a heat related medical emergency because of her behavior. No business should be allowed to treat people like this. Avoid this place. My friend's car was towed from my apartment visitor lot within ~20 minutes -- so yes, while unfortunate, it was technically our mistake. But what followed at this facility was one of the most disorganized and questionable experiences I've seen. We called the number provided by my apartment and got nothing but an automated system with 0 help. We then drove to the lot within 10-15 minutes, where the front desk told us the car "wasn't there". It was -- we found it ourselves in the back lot with the alarm going off. From there, the process only got worse. Staff took another 10-15 minutes trying to figure out what to do, then told us to text the VIN to a random phone number to begin the release process. The biggest issue: payment. We were told the fee was $321 and that they accept cash only. Texas regulations state that vehicle storage facilities are required to accept credit cards. When we handed over $400 cash, the attendant openly laughed in our faces and said they don't give change, even though they were the ones demanding cash. We were then forced to pay an ATM fee on-site just to get closer to the exact amount. At best, this operation is poorly run. At worst, it feels intentionally set up to take advantage of people in a stressful situation. Document everything if you end up here. I wish I could give zero stars, because this place is a hot mess of a business & overall scam. When called to get information about a towed vehicle, you're met with immediate attitude and rudeness. The two ladies in the office were lazy, highly unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, argumentative, and overall acted like it's an inconvenience to do their job. A bunch of unnecessary charges, hellacious procedures and processing system, very slow customer service, and at every point it's made worse by the office workers that seem almost intentionally trying to further aggravate people at an already frustrated moment in time. Unprofessional, racist and disrespectful scam artists On the eve of my sister's birthday she came to my apartment to help set up my home office. I believe she arrived about 9pm. At 2am I went to the dumpster and noticed her car was missing. Frantic, we started calling everyone we could think of (leasing office, insurance co, etc.). An hour later we drive around the complex to see if it was moved or broken into and dumped close by. As luck would have it, we saw a "We will tow" sign on the dumpster, called and sure enough they had towed my sister's SUV. It's 3am now and we're headed to the tow lot. We pull up and it's dark, signage is fading but we see a tow truck leaving the property so it helps us find the entrance. We walk up to window and get some details about the car. The clerk responded as if she was a new hire because she couldn't explain 1) why the tow fee was different than what the outside signage said 2) why the ATM machine was not functioning properly. Fast forward 10 minutes and she proceeds to tell us it will be $340.29 to get my sister's car back (keep in mind they dropped it off at 10:35pm and it is now roughly 3:15am). To add, the payment had to be in the registered owners name. What??!!! As my sister is asking about processing fees for a debit vs credit card the clerk says "Look I don't like your attitude. You need to be nice because I don't have to give you the car!" My sister both look at each other confused because nothing rude was spoken. In fact, the other tow lot staff made a comment about my sister asking to go to her truck twice, using profanity. Not to mention the clerk said she didn't trust my sister and that she's glad she got a copy of her DL just in case. I held my tongue until my sister got her car back but trust me I will be filing a complaint. If you see Integrity Towing or ABC Wrecker in your paperwork, prepare for the worst case scenario. read more

I can't believe they towed my family vehicle, not even on the side of the highway way out of the way with a blown out tire longer than 3 and 1/2 hours before they towed it and impounded it. Charging me $247.61 for something that I went back to. Take care of all to find it already gone and having to call the city of fort Worth to find out who had it. My car was towed, which wasn't the businesses fault. However, when I came to claim my car, they refused to release my car because my insurance had just expired. Okay, fine, I'll just get the updated insurance and come back. However, my phone died and my friend who had driven me had already left. When I asked if I could charge my phone using an outlet indoors, they completely refused to help me, were rude as hell, and told me to figure it out. I was stranded and had to walk in 100° weather to another business to ask for help. Horrible customer service and absolutely no sympathy for a person who is obviously in a stressful situation. On October 28th, my 20 year old son was killed in a car crash. He was driving a motorcycle and a woman pulled out in front of him, killing him instantly. Atmosphere: 2/10 The parking lot is old, the lot in which the cars are kept is just dirt and gravel, leaving your vehicle extremely filthy upon pickup. The front office is left poorly maintained, and inhabited by a few pieces of tacky decoration, that you would expect to find in your weird uncles trailer. There is also a very distinct stench of used baby diapers and years of neglect to personal hygiene. Customer Service: 3/10 They did speak somewhat proper English and were able to do their job to somewhat of a standard. Unfortunately, they're just as happy to see you as you are to see them! The best way to interact is to bite your tongue, and let the kids that got terrorized in their younger years have their moment of power, before returning to they're sub par quality of life. Business Legality: Well they sure are breaking a couple of rules out here, but laws are tricky to read and interpret. They don't accept credit cards, which is directly breaking: Sec. 2303.159. My boyfriend got into an accident 9/11/2022 around 11pm. His front left tire got hit which made it impossible to turn left or right. We called this company and so We waited an hour which was fine since I'm pretty sure they were busy but, when the guy got here he asked "who's the owner of the truck" and well my boyfriend doesn't speak English that well I said "I'll do the English talking" and the trucker said "oh so who's buying his shirts in English?" I said "umm? I am." Which I found incredibly rude, disrespectful, and low key racist. While trying to get the truck on the towing truck I guess chuck (truck driver) wasn't understanding that his wheel wouldn't turn at all so chuck started yelling at my boyfriend over something my boyfriend had no control of. Well we got to the drop off area and again, while getting it down the truck was nearly falling off of the towing truck cause the wheel could not turn and chuck started being rude again and yelling at my boyfriend to turn the steering wheel but the other wheel wasn't moving/working... anyways, I called the lady and let her know that chuck the driver was extremely rude. I was quoted on the phone 299.69; however, I didn't even want to waste my time arguing about it because of how awful the lady at the desk was from the beginning. I provided the pictures and proof that I was the one in the accident, my ID, and could give all the information they could ask for. My actual insurance card was in the car so I showed her a picture of an old insurance card with everything on it, but the girl up front said I couldn't get to the car because I don't own it (my parents do) and I can't provide my insurance (even though if she would have just let me back there I could have showed it). I have the same last name, the same address, could describe to her all the damage to the car and everything that was in the car. RUDE! I've been to this tow yard once before and had a pleasant/professional experience in the past. Unfortunately, today I had to go back and the woman helping me was horrible. I'm sure most tow company people are miserable anyway but I have never dealt with someone this rude. When I walked up I said "hello I'm here to see if my vehicle has been brought here", and she started asking what kind of car I have before I could even tell her and turned to her coworker and said "you'd think I wouldn't have to ask that question",directed towards me in a nasty tone, I said "excuse me?" And she heard me repeat myself 5 times before saying "I'm not speaking to you". I sent her an email of my insurance card to which she said "that's great you've sent it but I don't see it" before even checking the computer, so I asked her had she even looked. She didn't. I'm listed as an additional driver on my insurance and she acted like she didn't know how to read and kept saying I wasn't on the paper until she finally shut up and read it. While dealing with this witch of a woman, her colleague was sitting in the back placing people on hold and returning to picking her nose and eating fruit roll ups while scrolling on her phone. A tow truck driver was trying to exit the facility and waited for 10 minutes until I asked the ladies to open the gate for him. They yelled at me saying they were busy, so I said to the woman, "you're busy picking your nose and eating snacks, open the door for this guy". After I FINALLY retrieved my car, as some kind of weird petty punishment, the woman didn't open the gate for me to leave for about 5 minutes. There was no one else around...all she had to do was a press a button. Moral of the story- No one wants to deal with towing companies and we all know those employees hate their lives. I visited my friends apartment for 3 hours (and parked my car in the clearly stated visitor parking) and when I came out, my car was towed! They stated it was towed for a "flat tire" but all of my tires were inflated properly before AND AFTER I picked it up from the tow yard. I said that was fine and went in the Marriott lobby and decided to wait there. Slowly that hour turned into 2 hours and once again I called and asked where he was at and she said he will be there in 30 mins again....once that passed i have lost all my patiences and called them to cancel the tow and called another two company and we're there 30 mins on the dot!! The bumper is broken, they tore off a big plastic piece from under the bottom and they did something to mess up my anti theft system, so now my car will not start. After paying them almost 300.00, I now have to have someone else tow it to the dealership to get my car repaired. Ridiculous. read more
