The owner was one of the first companies to respond and provide me with a quote. The quote was fair. It was not my least expensive quote, but it was not my most expensive quote either. What impressed me was his follow-up and ease to work with. He was flexible while a arranged the appointment with the repair shop and once that was done Mater's came and picked up the truck and got it to the repair facility. I think what I was most impressed about was that they showed up when the said they would. He gave me a 1 hour window of when the driver would arrive and they were there at the beginning of the one hour window. I would definitely trust them and recommend them if you are looking for a reliable company that says and does what they say the will do!

Then I called Dallas Towing & Recovery and within 15-minutes they had a driver on the way to my property. The woman handling the matter in the office had exceptional customer service skills and very communicative. The driver came out and he was extremely careful as he checked and re-checked each step for safety. This was near maximum capacity for his 25-Ton winch because the truck was in a low spot and sunk in. But using 3 cables he was successful. In the end they charged me less than the estimate.
