Upon sitting in the back I was told the process from the Doc and he told me about the process. I woke up in no pain and the prescriptions for the antibiotics, rinse care and pain prescriptions (I denied, I don't do narcotics) were quick and they verified I had a driver and a safe way home. The doc called me a few hours later to check on me. I felt zero pain the day after and I'm currently 6 days after the procedure and have zero complaints. I will be back if I need surgery again.

I was able to get an appointment less than 2 hours from my call, which really meant a lot to me considering the pain I was in. The facility is residential. The waiting room feels like you are in a relatives living room, which is wonderful! The seats are extremely comfortable. The magazine selection is good. The place has natural sunlight. It's far better than a sterile, cold, florescent lit hospital facility type practice. Nobody enjoys trips to the dentist, so all the comfort you can get is very much welcomed. All the staff I encountered were very friendly. The receptionist, assistant, and Dr. Sturms himself. As I sat in the examination chair, I had a nice view of the beautiful backyard, and despite my concerns about my situation, I was able to relax because of the pleasant environment. The doctor checked me out, performed some x-rays. Gave me my diagnosis, wrote me a prescription, and told me what needed to be done, and I was on my way. The price for the diagnostic and xrays was very reasonable. I can't see how it could have gone any better. I highly recommend this practice!

They made me feel real comfortable. They squeezed me in for a consult but couldn't schedule the extraction for a couple of weeks. With antibiotics in hand, I asked to be put on the wait list. I was happy to get a call the next day that they had an opening. The procedure was painless, quick and all the staff including the dentist were fantastic. They are attentive, respectful, mindful, thorough, and consistent. The psychiatrist I saw was willing to listen to my mental problems and I think June the therapist was a very sweet lady there to just listen which I can always appreciate. I really like the dentist I see. She and the assistants make me feel comfortable and they seem non judgemental. I have the nastiest teeth for a 32 year old. Tsk tsk on me. The substance abuse counselor, Mr. Felix was such a breath of fresh air. He went at my pace and we set realistic goals for my road to recovery. I will always choose their services over anyone else's except I'm in a program which means I have to see my program's psychiatrist only. Very good people and professional :)
