In 2020 I had 7 implants put in . It was a long process due to covid . I spent over 16,000 dollars. At the time the staff was very friendly and informative regarding the process. Yesterday I had one of the implants completely come out ( post and all) . This has only been 5 years later. I called the office today and explained my situation. Their only concern was to inform me there is no warranty on implants and that it was a different doctor at the time. I at least thought they would want me to come in so they may be evaluate the situation and I was hoping ,maybe they would work with me just a little. Nope. So I would not recommend this place at all. You folks in bullhead I would go to Vegas or Phoenix before throwing you money away. Now I worry about the rest of my implants read more

I can't say enough about Affordable Dentures and Implants in Bullhead City Arizona. I had a broken molar pulled yesterday and it was a difficult extraction because the tooth was broken. 24 hours after the surgery I had no pain. I'm amazed. The office is extremely clean and every single person who works there is very pleasant. And if that is not enough I got a call from them today to see how I was doing. Never had that happen before. I really feel this is the best deal office is the best I've been to in a long time. Dentist is caring and has good recommendations for the best treatment with no pressure. Brittney the hygienist was also very caring and gentle. She explained everything she was going to do and asked frequently if I was ok. I only had half my mouth cleaned because of insurance. When I go back in a couple weeks I know it will be just as good an experience. I've been taking my husbands uncle to Affordable Dental, who is 80 y/o and is a very difficult, crabby patient for 6 months now and I have nothing but great things to say about the care here. I am very nervous about dentists. I just had work done at Affordable Dental. During my visits, I was treated very well. I have never ever laughed during a tooth extractions. Much less be relaxed. AVOID!! This place is 100% concerned about making money off the patient and couldn't care less about the atrocious service they provide. They were 30 minutes late on my 1st appointment, did not honor the cleaning portion of the "new patient" promotion I had already paid for, and gave me a plan for 6k in dental work. Immediately started talking about the money and asked how I could pay it. Did not even discuss what they were doing, only presented me with additional bill at end of visit. Asked for manager to call me back, but they never did that either. Worst experience ever, will not be back nor will ever recommend. Scam ! read more

I usually do not write reviews for medical or dental because it's such a personal choice but I had gone to several dentist facilities before I found one that satisfied my needs. The staff at Affordable Dental in Laughlin, Nevada are friendly, competent and truly care about their clients dental care. The doctors, hygentists and assistants are all personable and make your visits as comfortable as possible. They have several financing and payment options that they are willing to help you with and find what works for your needs. You are given a financial treatment plan up front and no other fees are hidden so you know exactly how much each visit will be in advance. There is only one thing that could be improved and that is the size of the facility. This office is very small and unfortunately makes for lack of privacy when discussing any dental care or financial options. I have been going here for over a year now, with extensive dental care needs, and have been very happy with every visit. read more

One of the worst dental experiences ever. First visit was for a severe tooth ache that probably should have been pulled. Instead I was presented with a verbal treatment plan of 20 thousand $$$. I'm like well I'm not made of money. Then a more realistic treatment plan was presented with co payments after insurance. Prepaid for some two of the services but he tooth issue wasn't addressed. Second visit was for the prepaid services. Dental hygienist was ok. Needs to learn how to take people's blood pressure tho. The Male Dental Assistant with the curly hair needs to learn customer service skills. He was rude and acted like his was the King. I told him I was leaving and never did the second procedure. Told the Dentist that the Assistant was rude. I demanded a refund for the one prepaid service and they said they couldn't refund the $$$ because the Corporate Office has to authorize it. Then they said that Corporate wouldn't authorize it until the Insurance Paid for the services performed. Said I would dispute with CC Company. read more

I called and made an appointment for a broken tooth to be xrayed, they told me the soonest they could get me in was three weeks from that day so I took it bc I couldn't afford to pay the walk in price since I have no insurance so I endure the pain till the day of the exam, they called to say they need to reschedual my appointment bc the doctor went home sick and tell me the soonest they could get me in is next Friday, so they wanted me to wait a month for an exam then they said or you can come in on Monday for a walk in, that's when I knew they only cared about the money so I told them I waited three weeks for this and now you want me to wait another week and all she could say was theres nothing I can do I cant control the doctor being sick either take the appointment or walk in so I told her ok fine just take me off bc this is ridiculous so she just hung up on me. like that's how you treat people??? pathetic I don't even want to see how you treat customers in person if this is how you treat them over the phone. want a better dentist go to crossroads they care about you, this place dosnt read more

So my morning goes like this, alarm goes off and I awake to the sun shining and the birds chirping. I got dressed, and ready to go to the dentist very happy because my last visit they were amazing, nice and even caught a medication error. I was only a tad nervous about having the extraction, I was after all more eager to find out how, what and now where are we going with the issue of my bone loss just told to me by them two weeks ago. I arrived 2 mins early and they checked me in, still the sun shines outside and the company in the room is open and comfortable the receptions are in great moods. After waiting 30 min no biggie door opens and they call my name. Sit down in room one he says mask still on. I sit and nothing 25 mins pass, I fb a little and I begin to feel nervous. My anxiety was now peaking in but not too bad. Finally a lady walks in with a clip board and says sign one for Novocaine and other for extraction. Doctor 1 is ready for extraction.. Doctors walks in and say okay last chance to save the tooth, I looked up and said I can't pay all that money. At that moment I don't know what happened he said fine okay and start the Novocaine. He then proceeded to ask me if I had any questions. I than said yes I was wondering what is going to be done with my bone and the other teeth. He stats to get so up set and says I don't do that. I save teeth. I was like OK I have no money to fix. He says I will be back 5 min to check. 30 mins go by he comes back in and by this point I was in tears, his assistant asked me if I was scared and before I could answer the dentist says no she mad I won't give her dentures. I remember saying that was totally uncalled for I am nervous and not understanding how just two weeks ago the man I saw said I had bone loss and when I came back we would make a plan to help. The dentist goes on to say no one said that to me and walks away. Okay more time passes my mouth now feeling everything again he comes in and says sorry you think I am an a hole but no one told you this stuff. I lost it crying I started panicking I didn't know what. He walks away yet again more time a girl comes says follow me. The do a panel X-ray and I go wait more. He walks in and says you want to know what I see. Yes there is bone loss. Okay let's pull that tooth he makes me open and then ask me do you think you heard my assistant wrong. He said bone loss you just confirmed it why are you doing this to me. He than says I can't do this and walks away. I sat there asking everyone what is going on to be brushed off. He walks back in and says I'll do it now. Pushed my face done. And hadn't push on me as he ripped it out I felt it all because after all the put Novocaine in 2 hours earlier. After he ripped my tooth out he walked away. His nurse said never come back here again. The bleeding hasn't stopped no stitch nothing but an ice pack and gauze. And told to never come pack.. Dr pak, treated me so bad I have marks on my face from being held down. read more

Took me and my daughter in for a cleaning. They convinced my daughter the first time we went there she has periodontal disease. She's autistic and they scared her badly so to keep her calm I went along with it as long as it didn't gouge my wallet too badly. And I made it clear if my dental thru my part-time job didn't cover what I needed, then it wasn't happening. But today some chick with expensive fake eyelashes etc. tried to convince me I've developed periodontal disease since my last appointment. She didn't even spend a whole 30 seconds looking in my mouth when she made this proclamation. And then I lost my cool. They refused to do the cleaning my dental would cover and brought out a list of rediculous cost that are beyond what my pathetic little wallet can handle. My daughter got her cleaning and I coughed up what I needed to for that along with a request for us to be put on their "do not call" list. So I was shocked when I got a text asking for me to do this review. I have no plans on ever taking me or a family member there ever again. They just lost my whole family. And it makes me sad because I actually like the dentist the office belongs to. But I think they are taking advantage of being in a rural area where there is a lack of health services. read more

please read i would rate this place with negative stars but unfortunately i can't. i got my braces here and i was very excited. i got them off recently and i am not happy. they were not honest when informing me about what i needed for my teeth to be perfect. they insisted that they were straight but they were not. the doctor knew this and still took them off insisting that they were straight. unbelievable!! dr. tran expected me to know if my teeth were perfect or not as if i were the doctor. ridiculous! he is the doctor and should know if my teeth were ready or not. when i went to talk to him about how unhappy i was with my teeth, he wanted to make it seem like it was my fault! so now i'm the expert? he is a liar! absolutely do not trust that man please!! i do not want you to go through the same. on top of all of this, the rooms were not clean. it seemed like you were being treated at an abandoned home. so to end this off, i am extremely disappointed and angry. once again, do not go here and trust these people!! they look kind on the outside but are actually complete liars!! do not believe that because this place is "affordable", that they will give you good service because you are not able to afford better. i feel robbed!! affordable dental laughlin- you better not delete this review because i will post it over and over again until the day i die!!! read more

The full staff and Dr. Pak here are just amazing. I was dreading getting my two extraction's done and was reassured by the Doctor and everyone there that everything would be fine and go very smoothly. Even after this I had my doubts but when I went in for the procedure I was made to be very comfortable and felt nothing at all for the whole process which to my amazement took under four minutes to complete. Dr. Pak and his office staff are amazing. They have done the impossible. The whole staff including Dr.Pak has made it possible for me to visit the dentist without my previous fears, which were many. They have a an ability to shorthand conversations witb each other. Makes it seem like they have worked together forever. Dr. Pak explained all my procedures beforehand so I knew what was next. The practice is busy which I feel is a great sign of success but yet the staff keep everything as close to your appointment time as possible. Dr. Pak has a great comraderie with his staff which put me at ease. It isn't at all like my previous appointments at other offices which were itimidating and way too quiet for my liking. He draws you in to conversations so you're not left out. His staff is the same. Staff is young, professional, serious about their patient and career. I can't say enough about Dr. Pak. He has a calming demeanor that put me at ease. Had my final appointment today. After 8pm received a call from Dr.Pak checking on my status and letting me know to come right in should there be any issues with my new procedures. Who does that?!! Incredible. Rose is a wonder at the front desk. She fields all questions or fears a prospective patient might have, schedules new and follow up patients. Eases them through insurance issues, all this while answering nonstop phone calls and speaking to walk- ins. Last week she did all the above and prepped the office for a new paint job! Amazing!
