Food options for breakfast included scrambled eggs, pork sausage, scrambled eggs with cheese and vegetarian sausage, country potatoes, fruit and pastries. The staff here seem pretty friendly and used dishes were picked up quickly. It was very quiet when I arrived at 7:30am but it got quite crowded in here around 9am. They have two single gender neutral bathrooms which were very clean. I'm thrilled to have this new lounge at Bradley!!

She had a unique way of making you feel as though you were the only guest in the lounge, while somehow making everyone else feel equally valued and welcomed. That level of hospitality is rare. Not only was she engaging and personable, but she was also very knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed learning about her home country of Ecuador, as well as her insights about New York City. She has a warmth and caring nature that genuinely stands out. Chase has a tremendous asset in Nicole. Employees like her elevate the customer experience and represent the brand exceptionally well. Based on my interaction, she appears to have strong leadership potential and is someone who should be recognized and valued.

My kids and I rolled into the Chase Sapphire Lounge at LaGuardia's Terminal B, and I will not lie to you... it made me a little sad. Not in a bad way. Sad because Denver doesn't have one of these, and now I know what I'm missing every single time I fly out of DIA. Here is the deal. Made-to-order cocktails. REAL ones. Not the sad pour-your-own well whiskey situation you get at most lounges. A bartender. Craft drinks. Actual effort. And the food? You sit down. A server comes to you. You ORDER. Like a restaurant. I got a sandwich that had no business being that good inside an airport terminal. The kids got NA cocktails... and they were into it. Like genuinely excited. That alone tells you something about how this place operates. Oh and there are facials up on the second level. Complimentary. We didn't plan for the time, so we skipped it, but... that's a thing that exists. In an airport. In New York. (I know.) I'm a loyal United lounge guy and that's not changing. First you can order hot small dishes from any table, there is a QR code on each table with today's choices. There is a cheese monger where you need to reserve 45 mins for a cheese tasting (we did not do, but looks amazing!). There is a buffet style with little dishes such as devil eggs, crostini, roasted squash. There is a to-go sandwich option with ess a bagel and pastrami from Schaller and Weber! and a huge bar also stocked with mocktails! We sat down at a table by the food and desserts section, they even brought out a nice baby chair for our baby! Ordered a bunch of dishes from the kitchen, Mac and cheese, shrimp salad, little burgers, mushrooms risotto and a soup! Honestly not all of the dishes were delicious, they were decent. However our experience and the service at this lounge was definitely excellent! They were so attentive to our needs and our baby's needs. We really felt taken care of. Note we did have a short wait, however it was literally not even 5 minutes to get into the lounge but definitely take this into consideration at busy times there will be a wait. But this wait is probably not as bad as the wait at the Amex centurion lounge in the same terminal. Overall we had a fabulous experience, felt really taken care of and especially with our baby.
