He explained why he selected the mattresses he did. We tried out a few and ended up going with a Tempur-pedic. The price was a bit of a scare, Steve explained how when selecting a mattress, it is an investment in our health which made sense. After we were finished up, my wife and I chose the Cloud Elite with the movable base. We love our mattress. I would have never spent the money that we did without being explained why the investment is worth it the way Steve did. We are sleeping great. Thank you Steve. These guys are absolutely five-star when it comes to customer service and the products they offer. I originally bought an instrument from them a year ago that had a complete overhaul done and when I received it, I could tell the quality of workmanship was the best of quality, bar none. More recently, I reached out to the repair department in search of various musical instrument parts. Paul was very pleasant to deal with; he got me what I needed for a good price and the shipping was quicker than UPS thought it would be. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with their customer service, reasonably-priced offerings, and quality of workmanship and wouldn't hesitate purchasing from them again, even if they are 1,500+ miles away (I'm in NY).
