Where to start. I grew up there and overall, looking back it's not COMPLETELY that bad, but it…read morepretty darn boring and COLD as shit in the winter. There's not really a whole lot going on for this place, unless you can truly appreciate it for what it is. I love going back when I can. Now being in my 20's and able to go to the bars, it's not as bad, but, going to the bars is about all there is to do there for people over 21, that and get into trouble which lots of people tend to do, again because there isn't a whole lot for people to do there. Going to the lakes and going camping and outdoors stuff can be a good time, but that can get boring pretty quick as well because there are only a few places to do that kinda stuff. Watch out for the skeeters, they're nasty little suckers and you don't wanna end up with the 'nile. I'm not a hunter, but South Dakota does offer some of the best hunting in the country. As for the people there go, there are the good and the bad, just like anywhere else. I've met and have some of the best friends I'll ever meet from there. Jobs: If you're under 40, there's not a lot going as far as jobs go, nothing interesting anyways, and unless you're a lifer there, I don't know...good luck with that. Culture: Let's just say-I see white people...j/k but there are a lot of white people, some black, some native and little in between. Most of the "culture" comes from the kids who go to NSU (Northern State University) If it weren't for that college, there wouldn't be any racial diversity by any stretch of the mile except for the Natives. Not there's anything wrong with there being a lot of white people in any area or that it even matters, but for cultural references, had to throw it in there. I LOVE Aberdeen, but will do everything in my power to never end up living there again. Too small, nothing to do, and way to damn cold in the winter, which is like 7 or 8 months out of the year. Oh yeah, and the shopping sucks there too and they need better bars there as well, beside the Zoo, which isn't 1/2 bad at all-just need more variety of bars. Hmmmm...maybe I'll open one there...in a few years, seriously though, I've thought about it, then realized I'd have to be in Aberdeen for and extended period of time to open it and the thought of that makes me shudder...no offense to those still there :)

Their driving was great and I absolutely would HIGHLY recommend them! Maybe the earlier reviews were based on former employees, but I was VERY impressed with the service I received.

This airport has been around for quite sometime and there have been periods where it was very busy…read moreand slowed where flights from here seemed like they may close down this port. This whole new building has been a long time coming and from the outside its definitely a welcome. There are several things they could have done a lot better. The main one is the entrance and exit doors. Too small and too slow in opening and closing. Another observation is signage as to direction you need to go to pick up your luggage. Once you deplane its not obvious where you need to go get your luggage. My last nitpick I guess it seems like the workers here could be a little more excited about working here. Be that as it may, I do enjoy the new facility. Dempsey's is the in-house bar restaurant here. Same organization that they have downtown and the food generally is pretty good. There's ample seating a ground level and there's an upstairs for overflow. All in all the new regional airport is a welcome add to Watertown, and glad to see things progress in a positive way.

customer service was TERRIBLE…read more.. Flight left 15 minutes early, so i missed it. Turns out it was the last one for the day. they were in NO way able to help or even volunteered to help me.. told me to "Call Delta" I had to pay for an entire new ticket out of a different airport. I will NEVER use this airport again.. It was the third time I would have used them, and the first time they left early too, thing is" ALL THE PASSENGERS WERE THERE!! I don't see how they can feel it's okay for them to leave early knowing that not all passengers were there, AND knowing that they didn't have a flight until the next morning!! not to mention the lady came over and rudely told me "You missed your flight" and when i asked her for help she went back to her office and sent a young boy out to "help" me and by that I mean he looked up places where i could drive a few hours and have to pay HUNDREDS of dollars because it was considered "Changing my itinerary" even though they left early. I would and will from now on pay less money, and drive a couple hours to a bigger, nicer airport where they will HELP you when you need it. Which is what I have to do now.

Very helpful in a pinch and a great conversationalist. Excellent driver as well, got me to my…read moredestination well within my timeframe. There are not many ubers around Watertown, especially in the morning, and especially for a long ride to the airport. This is a great alternative.
