He was 10mins early, his driving was the best! None of this slamming on the breaks or sharp turns nonsense. He was friendly, accommodating, a listening ear, professional from start to finish, and stayed close through out this whole process. They picked up my son and his wife from the Sioux Falls airport and drove them through a snowstorm to Mitchell. They had missed a connection in Denver from San Jose due to weather and had to take a late flight to try to get to their grandmother's visitation service. No other limo service was available because of holiday light bookings. The owner's wife volunteered to take them in her personal auto. There are not enough stars in the world to rate people like this.

So not very reliable from my experience as of the last couple times I have tried to contact them. Unfortunate. Very nice people that run the business. Maybe they are too busy and had to cut some people out of their work load. Completely speculative. I think having only one taxi service in my town is not enough! Thank goodness for Uber!!
