I have to call her every day and she doesn't respond for weeks. Sends over some dude who speaks zero English, sketchville service, they wash out the AC unit with our garden hose, leave it running on top of a windowsill. I couldn't breathe inside the house after they flushed it because it just smelled like burnt rubber all over. He just says smell go away and that's it. What???? And then the AC still doesn't work and leaks through the auxiliary again after 2 days and Denise just doesn't do ANYTHING! Worst service ever!!!! DON'T RENT FROM THEM!
