This is a horrible company. I wish I had read the reviews before renting from them. Our AC has been acting up for almost 2 months now and Denise has been no help. I have to call her every day and she doesn't respond for weeks. Sends over some dude who speaks zero English, sketchville service, they wash out the AC unit with our garden hose, leave it running on top of a windowsill. I couldn't breathe inside the house after they flushed it because it just smelled like burnt rubber all over. He just says smell go away and that's it. What???? And then the AC still doesn't work and leaks through the auxiliary again after 2 days and Denise just doesn't do ANYTHING! Worst service ever!!!! DON'T RENT FROM THEM! read more

DO NOT rent from this service especially from Denise, we have had a plumbing problem with our restrooms for almost 3 months now and still nothing has been done about it. We have mold in our house & feces coming from our toilets into our backyard. Denise has been notified multiple times & has done nothing about it, stay away from this company read more
