Their Chinese affiliate told me they had sent a corrected quote back to Vantage Point, but Vantage point just sent partial information and then left everyone hanging, forcing me to scramble for another provider. Monique used a thousand words when fifteen would have been better, and then there was no follow-up. Maybe tariff chaos threw everything off. Some other providers seemed chaotic, too. But communications were so poor with Vantage Point that I will look elsewhere for a reliable business partner.

They quickly brushed me off and told me "just don't import it, going to cost 300% in duties more than what its worth" no further details etc. I decided to give this company a ring just to confirm if this was the case. Matt walked me through everything, what questions to ask the exporting company, and offered to go over the invoice to work out the ballpark costs before I decide if it was even cost-effective to proceed with important rather than purchasing locally. Though I can't comment on the entirety of TR Internationals services, I can say Matt provided me invaluable information without me even paying him a dime.
