As I was cutting this tree down, my cuts were less than ideal, to put it gently, and it started leaning back instead of forward. I realized quickly that I needed professional help to resolve this safely. Nearby neighbor Keith Blessing of Blessing Tree Service, dropped what he was doing and came right over to help when I called him. His professionalism and experience quickly got the situation under control, and we brought the tree down safely. As if that wasn't enough to be thankful for, he then gave me some professional pointers to improve my tree felling skills, which admittedly, are average at best.
