I received quotes from more than 10 contractors. We signed the contract in early June 2024 for a 3-day job in early July. When I had a last minute work trip come up, Franklin was flexible in adjusting the date to late June. He and his team of 3 came as scheduled and finished the project in 2 full days. He used high quality materials and recommended color combinations that fit the house well. Before he left, I found an issue with one of the steps and the team stayed an extra 30 minutes to fix the issue to my and my family's satisfaction.
