These were adjusted and it made a big difference in my ability to hear when around crowds, in Church, (music) and especially motors and fans. I now can hear at above 80% of the sounds around me and I am more comfortable being around large gatherings. I am now using the apps on my devices to control the environment I'm in and with the changes I now control the sound around me. I want to thank Ashley for taking the time to retest me and having the patience to work with a guy that says HUH a lot. I highly recommend Acute Hearing for the elderly folks that are in the same situation I was in. I am 89 years old.
