I always enjoy my visits to see Dr. Ryan and his staff! I had my check-up today and it's always informative and pleasant. Recently, I was having trouble with the charger not charging my hearing aids and the molding weight was causing it to slip from the magnetic holder. Several weeks ago Nancy found the version 3 model for me and NO issues since. This was the kind of service I get all the time-Nancy jumped right on the problem and resolved it fast so that frustration in not felt and a reason to not use the aids. I recently had my hearing aid clean, checkup and hearing test. This is the best ever in my life that i experience a really good superior outstanding at this hearing center. The staff is very professional. Their experiences, technology and equipment they use is very very up to date. No other hearing center i been to cannot beat this place at all. I'm a long time patient of The Hill Better Clinic so when my hearing with my aids became a bit muffled I called them up and was told to come in and they would clean, dehumidify, and replace the mic/screen.
