I called and they sent someone out the next door and said since it happened 3 times (which it shouldn't) they are going to replace the entire backflow preventer. While our job was minor compared to some of the jobs they do, everyone on the Tuckahoe team has treated us as if our job was the only one they had! It took them about 3 days to complete phase 1 of the job, but every night when they were finished for the day they cleaned up everything, including any dirt or mulch that got into the grass or on the driveway!
