I tried to rent an excavator but "everything was rented" except for a small unit that apparently no one wanted. I booked the excavator for a specific date - even though it was too small and didn't have a thumb and when Mark asked if I wanted it no matter what the weather I said "yes."
When the booking date came- the unit didn't show up. I called and Mark said there was a "note about the weather" What? I booked it for a week and told him already that the weather didn't matter! He made some dumb ass comment about not being able to change time... I hired two guys to help shovel my project and they were just standing around waiting for something that wasn't coming! I would not recommend Able Rental and will never deal with these people again. Unprofessional and don't care. read more
