Unfortunately you tend to only fully discover the extent of this as you unpack. Having paid already they aren't interested and won't respond to communications, forget an insurance claim. The guys that do the actual work are all very polite and helpful. The folk that hide in the office are neither. The good price that draws you in is a false economy; be warned!

Then, two working days before the move he called to say he couldn't do the move on the agreed date and we were best going with our second choice! When I said we didn't have a second choice, could he do a different date he said "leave it with me" ... never heard from him again!
