We were absolutely right smack dab between Nashville and Memphis, and there isn't much out there. All businesses were closed, so we needed to drop off my Audi at the Memphis dealer for repair, over 100 miles away. I checked Uber pricing, and it was about $400 for a ride to the Memphis airport (where the closest rental car was). So Donald came to our rescue. He hauled our car 100 miles to the dealer, and we got to ride in the large cab with him, and he made an exception to their policy in allowing us to have our caged pugs with us in the back seat. He was very professional, and got the car to Memphis and dropped it off. He even offered to take us to the airport, although we wound up using an Uber for that. Grand total was around $700, and while that may sound "expensive", believe me, they could have easily charged double. The gas those giant rigs use alone is quite a bit for a 200 mile total trip, plus wear and tear, depreciation for the expensive truck, Donald's time, etc. So if you break down and are in a bad situation in that vicinity between Nashville and Memphis, these guys will help out and will treat you fairly. My Durango was towed by Minor's towing and recovery LLC and they basically stole it, the law they…read moreare to follow is TCA 55.16.112 and 55.16.103 but they think they are above the law, my Durango was legally parked in a parking lot for less than 13 hours with permission of the store manager, but even when the store manager told the driver to leave the Durango sitting there they told her it was to late and she must sign the paperwork, the law says that it has to be sitting there 48hr before it can be towed, I parked it at about 8pm on 01/29/23 and minor's towing and recovery LLC towed it before 9am 01/30/23 this company is stealing vehicles for profit and gain of revenue, the Tennessee district attorney general office needs to investigate this company...
