Hunter was able to single-handedly take the stress of relocating to a new city, down several notches. The next day, she even phoned to see if I had any follow-up questions and provided a resource for moving help should I need some extra muscle to help unload my Pod. They nearly pulled off the corner of my house (all damage to our 1926 bungalow not visible in picture). I called the mangement and they refused to provide insurance details. In fact, some one from the company came to my house without our permission to attempt to "fix" the damage. It cost us $1200 to repair which we filed with our homeowners - but we were still out the $500 deductible. I don't think they are actually insured.
