Their so-called "customer service" is nonexistent. The fact that it's this difficult to talk to anyone just proves I'm making the right decision by canceling my service. All I've been trying to do is get them to pick up their own tank, but apparently that's too much to ask. At this point, I'm about ready to drag it out of my yard myself and haul it to the landfill. If they don't care about their equipment or their customers, that says it all.

This will be the 2nd time we have had to call for a fill this winter season. I watched them fill our neighbors tank yesterday (again for the 2nd time) and drive on by our address leaving us to have to call today to request a fill. My husband & I are both recovering from surgeries & he had to go out to check our tank gauge which showed less than 5 percent. Our heaters smell horribly when the gas gets low which is how we know when we are out of gas. The first time we called for a fill after running low we were told it would be another week for delivery as they only had 2 drivers to service the entire area. Also, our online account page is never accurate. It does not show the correct information regarding our account at all. I hope this office can turn things around as they are the closest local gas company. If not, we will have to get from service from Shelby, NC even though we live in SC.

This is a satellite station of the main branch located in the tiny town of Lockhart, S.C. A few…read moreyears ago when I heated my previous home with propane ( had whats known as a gas pack heating and cooling system) . We used the route services of this company and never experienced any kind of problem. Our regular delivery driver was helpful and informative. This satellite station contains two giant sized propane tanks for the route drivers to fill their trucks with and located behind those are probably close to a hundred residential gas tanks. This is a dependable and respected company and I certainly recommend them based on my previous experience.
