Also, The music in the pod was sooo loud And wouldn't turn off!! I realize everyone relaxes differently, but without the ability to turn off the music it was actually causing me anxiety due to how loud it was. As I was leaving the attendant asked how my experience was so I told her honestly not good. Told her what happened and her response is what leaves me speechless: "Really? We had the repair guy here yesterday for those exact things, guess I will have to call him again". No offer of a discount for a redo, no partial refund for this time, and worst of all not even a sincere apology!!
