You won't regret booking services with her!…read more Long Version Where I Gush About How Great Shana Is: Shana has been my aesthetician since 2019, during the time she worked at another salon spa. I've gotten a variety of treatments and services, including my regular Brazilian, occasional full leg waxing, facial, dermaplaning, eyelash tint & lift, etc. There are not enough good words in the English language to describe how great Shana is! (I could start at "A" with Amazing and Awesome, go to "B" with Brilliant and Brave and Beautiful, "C" for Caring, "D" for Delightful, and so on, but I'd be limiting myself to only a few adjectives, and Shana deserves so much more!) Shana has a wonderful way of making you feel comfortable (not that easy when you've got your knickers off and someone ripping hair off your girl parts, let me tell you!) and cared for with love and attention. She has great advice and suggestions, and always tries to answer my nutty irrelevant beauty questions ("Shana, please tell me how I can get rid of these hollow half-moons under my eyes? Shana, why does hair do THIS weird thing? Shana, what even ARE parabens?" Now that she's started her own Spa, I think her services will really shine all the brighter because she's making all the decisions about what products to use, what services to offer, etc. My recent visit was probably one of the least irritating waxes I've ever had thanks to her fabulous post-procedure treatments, and believe it or not more than a week later, my hair has barely regrown!! (Shana, holy moly, don't use too much of that stuff or I won't have any hair left for you to wax!! XD) I could go on and on about how much I love Shana, but if you've read this far, you can probably already tell. Don't delay! Book with Shana today! You won't regret it! We were having engagement pictures taken that night, so having my hair and make up done was top priority. I was looking for a blowout to accent my balayge and give my hair some loose curls. All I received was my hair washed and dried with some hairspray. When asked if I liked it and/or wanted to make any modifications to it, I said I didn't like it and I wanted more of a design (again, all she did was wash and dry my hair). She said we didn't have anytime to make any adjustments (then why ask in the first place?). I didn't have time to argue because I had pictures in an hour, and it's not like they were going to do anything anyway. Needless to say, I was devastated and defeated as all I wanted was to look and feel beautiful for one of the most important photo sessions of my life. WARNING FOR ALL BRIDES-TO-BE: If you want your hair to look beautiful on your wedding day, DO NOT book this salon and spa. The absolute WORST salon experience I have ever had in my life. We were welcomed by Karen who gave us a nice tour and set us up with our robes, teas and foot soak. Husband raved about the head massage from Krissy. My only thing is I received a fill in the picture with polka dots and it was priced at $58, So I'm just a little curious if just because I added polka dots it was a lot more for a "design" or if you just get no discount for getting a full instead of a full set.
