Jeff was a huge help in finding a leak in our wall and mold in our home which led to an insurance…read moreclaim that brought a mold remediation company in to remove the mold and scrub the beams in the wall clean. But the quality of the other work we hired him and his team to do was less than impressive. Even after having him re-address issues that weren't fixed or satisfactory the first time, they still weren't fixed properly. For 2 things I had to spend 3 hours of my weekend taking apart what he did and fixing it and for another issue I had to hire another company to address it. Not only that, but an excess of nails and razor blades were left in our driveway, lawn, on our roof, etc. On more than one occassion, I asked him to please be more mindful of nails and other debris as I was afraid they would puncture our car tires or (worse) the feet of my child who runs around barefoot outside, but no care was taken to make sure such objects weren't left behind. At my last count I had 38 nails/screws/blades/etc that I picked up after he left - they were found in the lawn, driveway, crawlspace, gutters, and on the roof. Yes, his pricing is more than fair and he won't try to overcharge you like some contractors do, but the quality of the work is concerning and I even had to let him use some of my own tools (a rubber mallet for floor installation and a ladder to get on the roof) because he didn't have everything he needed for the jobs he scheduled and planned to do. And when the quality of the work or my concerns about nails / debris were addressed, a vague apology was given or excuses were made - "I can't control what comes out of my truck when pulling up or backing out of driveways", "the floor isn't level so the flooring won't go back in correctly", etc. Lastly, I asked for a refund on the work that I had to repair myself and he refused, citing that I should have called him back AGAIN, should have investigated the work closer when he was done, etc. 2 months after he fixed my roof, the replaced shingles fell off which exposed his poorly installed flashing and screws that were caulked into place rather than drilled into wood; and 1 week after he came to fix a leaking gutter, it was still leaking due to a hole he put into it while repairing it a few weeks earlier. I sent pictures, I let him know what the issues were, that they weren't fixed the first or second time ... of the thousands of dollars I paid him, not even a small refund was given and the blame was placed on me. And then when this same feedback was left on Facebook, I was blocked and gaslit and effort was made to make me feel like the issues were my fault. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed and I encourage people to explore their options before giving All Trades Repair Services, LLC any big/major jobs.

ABSOLUTE CLOWN SHOW! I rue the day we ever found this company. The fact that they have 5 star…read morereviews is baffling. I have not one nice thing to say about the bathroom remodel they did on our home. It has been about 7 months since they finished, and we are still experiencing issues. I'll start with the beginning. The demo crew broke our font door frame. I believe they over extended the door and warped it. I have witnesses attesting that the door worked THAT MORNING and was broken that afternoon when the crew left. We couldn't even close the door that night. One of the crew members came by the next day and tore pieces off our frame just to make it shut for us. It still doesn't function properly. The lead contractor MARK denied that his team did this. We demanded that they fix it or threatened to withhold payment and he threatened to put a lien on our home. We were expecting a baby at the time (which they knew) and didn't have time to deal with this, so we let it go for the time being. But I have pictures and witnesses to prove this all happened. Also with the demo crew...the threw my belongings around in the bathroom and piled plumbing pieces on top of my antique furniture. The problems kept coming after that. We were told the job would be finished in 2 weeks once they began the work...it took 2.5 MONTHS. No communication from MARK whatsoever. He dodged calls and sent everything to his lackey BRYAN. The crew never showed up when they said they would. When they did, they would work for an hour or 2 at a time and leave. It was maddening. And I want to reiterate that I was pregnant and close to my due date when this was going on. This was unnecessary stress. After the work started, problem after problem arose. The crews didn't put down tarps or hang drapes in the area so dust from the sanding they did COVERED my home. I had to hire professional cleaners to come clean twice during this ordeal. They drilled holes through the walls into the next rooms, which we had just had professionally painted from a different company. They messed up the paint so many times that I lost count of how many times they had to come back to redo it. They didn't even bother using tape on the fixtures or baseboards, so the job was done very sloppy. The mirror and the sink were placed in the wrong spots even though we marked where we wanted them. The shower didn't work when the first installed it and told us they were done. They had to come back to fix it and to dig pieces of tile and grout out of the drain. They installed the wrong window. We explicitly asked for a picture window and the installed a double hung. What's even worse is that the window doesn't have grids. Every single window in our home has grids and they put one in our shower that doesn't. How on Earth does a professional contractor let a mistake like this happen? My husband used to sell windows and said that would have never happened with his company. And now, since they refused to admit that this was wrong too, I have to live with it? RIDICULOUS. Now, 7 months later. I've had to have a plumber come to our home because the sink is leaking and the shower won't drain. He specifically stated that it's because the shower system was installed incorrectly and the sink wasn't hooked up right. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN??? I haven't said anything in a while because I've been busy having a baby, but having to hire a plumber was the final straw. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are an absolute JOKE.
