They worked with me to ensure that I could access necessary sections of the home during the process and were receptive to my comments, suggestions, and questions. Phillip was insistent that I be completely satisfied before final payment. As often is the case there are small "punch" list items to resolve and Philco took care of all issues without question. They used large tarps to protect our landscaping and lawn, and meticulously cleaned up any debris that escaped, and blew off our driveway and patio. We did not find anything amiss after they left! Brent is honest and fair and the price was reasonable for the excellent quality of materials and workmanship we got. His price as quoted on the estimate was what we paid, no surprises. He may not be the cheapest, but that is reflected in the superior shingles he uses and their professional installation. He is licensed and insured also. You get what you pay for. His crew replaced all of the pipe vent boots and repaired our chimney flashing as well. They stand by their work and guarantee it for 10 years. They showed up early, in professional commercial vehicles, and with a dumpster. He and his crew did an amazing job! Warning about roofers who file false hail damage claims: Please do NOT fall prey to fly-by-night "storm damage expert" roofers who knock on your door a few days after a storm and try to tell you that your roof has "hail damage." They may tell you to file a claim with your homeowners insurance company and that the roof will only cost you a deductible. They stand to make thousands of dollars while your insurance company is paying for a fake claim, and as a result your homeowners insurance will increase because you had to file an unnecessary claim. Please do your homework and call around to several reputable roofers and get an unbiased estimate/opinion before deciding on a contractor. Please do not take the word of someone knocking on your door trying to sell you something. Some of this is insurance fraud. This makes good, honest roofers look bad.

My husband and I followed up with the company at least once a week for the following 2 months, and were told each time that they had fallen behind and would definitely begin the following week. After over two months of being strung along, we finally realized that no one was ever going to show up. We had to begin the process of looking for a roofer all over again. It's been a very frustrating, disheartening process; it is November 2018 and we still can't get anyone willing to do roofing work. I wish that roofers would be HONEST and let their prospective clients know when they do not have the time to complete a job. If you want a company to actually SHOW UP and WORK, this company is not the one to call.
