He left us with a folder full of information, and we received an estimate the same day of our appointment. From that point on Joshua was available for any questions about fortifying our roof according to our insurance company's specifications. He was consistently available (by phone or text), helpful, and kind. After we decided to use Above All Construction LLC, Joshua was very flexible with our schedule which had to work around the removal and reinstalling of solar panels. Materials arrived the day before we were scheduled to have our roof installed and Joshua arrived shortly thereafter to make sure we had everything we needed. Because we were expecting rain the day after we were scheduled to have our roof installed, Joshua organized a crew to finish it in one day (our roof measured 41 squares). At 7 am, the workers arrived, and these ten men worked as a team until about 5 pm. Joshua was on site all day and Pete was present for a while as well. Also, Joshua was present when the fortified roof inspector arrived and he accompanied him during his inspection. The workers protected our gardens and backyard with tarps and their cleanup was great. It was obvious that all involved cared about performing well. After requesting a quote fro 3 companies, I selected Above All Construction to repair my roof. Peter promptly came out to house to survey roof. He took pictures of problem area on roof and explained in detail what all needed to be done. Repair of valley membrane and reseal seams of exhaust vents out of roof.I indicated repair of roof needed to be done prior to 7/3. Although it's been raining almost every day, he managed to get his crew out to me prior to requested date. Peter, Andrew and Willie arrived on time and were very courteous. Even though it was trash collection day, they bagged up all debris and took it with them. After job was completed, Andrew showed pictures of roof repair. Peter returned to discuss roof repair and warranty. I paid him for the job and thanked him and his crew for being timely, courteous and proficient. 7/16/20, finally got a rain to test repairs. They gave us a fair price for a complete re-roof of our home. Very accommodating as we delayed the project 2 times. Kiernan Spitz was our contact person throughout the project. From when they started to finish took 3 days. The tear down crew was very professional and the roofing crew was also. All our requests for the Malarkey Highlander Silverwood for the main house, matching roof color for the patio roof, white drip edging, and replacement of all flashings, facia boards replaced, new sheathing replaced where needed and installation of new dormers was accomplished--all of the conditions of the proposal for the roof were met. The workers paid attention to detail and did an outstanding job. Since a building permit was pulled, the inspector passed the project. Above All sent out their own quality control person to inspect the job to make sure everything was done properly. I would highly recommend Above All Construction if you need a new roof. read more

I recently had Above All Construction give me the roof of my dreams. Rather than replacing my shingled roof I opted for a forest green tin roof with a skylight over the living room. I love it! It is perfect for my little cottage home and the only maintenance it will require is changing the screws in 20 years. The workmanship is impeccable. The lines couldn't be straighter. Pete, Above All himself, was in constant communication with me as the project moved forward and much to my delight his experienced crew finished the two day job in one day.
