They have a 5 minute window for appointments until you are considered late and have to reschedule. I arrived within that window and Allyssa said she would do my wax but not my butt strip which is included in the full Brazilian wax. Butt strip takes less than 5 minutes to do and it's included in the Brazilian wax. Allyssa you and your manager must have been having a bad day that day. I always tipped you well and purchased products from your store for support bc the products are awful. This place is money hungry and the reviews are untrustworthy because it's mainly from people they know. Do not go to this place. They make you do a $30 deposit as well which is ridiculous for a wax. I found a better wax person, no deposit required and they are super clean

Eva and her partner Joy UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT and gave me and hubby the best couples spa treatment ever! From Eva's welcoming and sweet spirit to Joy's laid-back and calming aura, it made our experience nothing short of ultimate relaxation! Eva made me and my hubby's face glow like Moses' when he came down from Mount Sinai(All my churchy folk will get that)! I came in with a glow already but that's because my combination skin leans more to the oily side and has me always walking around like a freshly glazed donut lol, but after my facial, Eva calmed the inflammation in my face down drastically and decongested my oily pores, leaving my face tight, right, and naturally glowy! She had hubby's face who is more on the dry side, fully hydrated and beard looking healthy and moisturized! When we woke up today our skin still looked great and mines was NOT oily like normal. And what can I say about Joy who is my personal JOY.....her massage gave such an incredible, relaxing, and liberating experience that I didn't know whether to cry or shout for joy afterwards!! Like, she hit points on my body that I did not even know were there or tight and for me and hubby who work a highly laborious job and workout throughout the week on top of that, we needed that release and flexibility that Joy gave back to our bodies. So anybody that is very athletic or work laborious jobs, Joy would definitely know how to put your body back together after being broke down every week but she is just intuitively skilled in knowing what everyone's unique body needs, almost like she's the massage whisperer or something lol! Oh and let me not forget how they were so accommodating of me and hubby with our refreshments in the fact that they honored that we don't drink alcohol and provided sparkling grape juice for us(which was very good) water, and fruit juice! We had a huge fruit bowl as well that we got to take home along with our drinks! Talk about excellent hospitality and customer service! If you want an experience as such you already know who to book, ForEva Beauty Spa! 10/10, I HIGHLY recommend recommend!!!!!! That service was much more expensive than the one she suggested, so immediately I knew she wasn't just about the money! I have very oily skin and the first treatment didn't do so well for me. Sherry reached out and asked how everything was going and I expressed my issues and she asked me to come back in for a free 30 min session to give her a chance to correct my issues. She did and so far it seems to be working, she has put me on a treatment plan and I am going to schedule this so that I can continue to see progress with my oily skin.
