Very, very happy with the service. Called ahead and got an appointment the next day at noon. Cleaners came at 12:20, but were amicable to start the timer on the job then, and completed the work in a half hour less than I had anticipated and paid for. Moreover, the business was happy to pro-rate that time and reduced my bill by 40$. Spaces were cleaned well and the cleaners: Amanda, Jenny, and Elisa were very attentive to every area. I was hopeful, they talk a big talk, but sadly very disappointed. They charged us $172 and I came home to my house half cleaned. It was our first time using their service and they insisted that we had to have one hour of deep cleaning at $120 (?) an hour and then $80 an hour for the "regular" cleaning. I was taken aback by the price, but figured they would meet that with service. I was wrong. Neither of my bathrooms had any scrubbing action; they were apparently "sanitized". If I wanted to spray sanitizer in my shower I could have done that my self. I was tired of looking at the soap scum in between the tiles, that's why I hired cleaners... Three out of 5 waste baskets were not emptied. The couches were not vacuumed (apparently that is a deep cleaning service. But, didn't we pay for an hour of deep cleaning?). Now here is where the deep cleaning happened. In our living room we have a large shelf with books and trinkets. My husband said that one girl spent her entire time meticulously dusting it. Nice, but I really wanted my bathroom cleaned. And my kitchen sink. I didn't really mind that my sailing trophy had a bit of dust on it. To their credit, we spoke to the owner on the phone. I offered to split the difference, they did half a job, I'd be down to pay half. She said I shouldn't have to pay at all if I wasn't happy and that she'd send the check back right away. Two weeks later, never got the check. Paid $25 to cancel it. Not bad I guess: $25 bucks for a well dusted shelf. read more

I think one of the biggest concerns when hiring people to help in the home is having strangers in amongst your personal things which is why I chose to write this review. During a detailed cleaning of our home one of the ladies accidentally broke our ridiculously overpriced trash can. I'm sure she just lifted it wrong and didn't even realize the hinge had broken. When I call the owner the next morning she drove straight to the store to have a new one ordered within the hour, no questions asked. So if that's not professional service I don't know what is. Not to mention the quality of the work.... We scheduled a detail cleaning for my husband's allergies and they left my house sparkling and allergy free. Bottoms line: steer clear of this company. Dishonest. Not professional or talented. We moved into our new home and the previous owners had left it dirty. Our real estate agents recommended this business. They came by and we showed Rena the condition of the house. It was very filthy and we wanted to have the house cleaned before the household goods arrived. Rena (the owner) quoted us $500. She told us they would do a light cleaning of the house which did include blinds, wiping the insides of the windows, wiping any spots on the walls and dusting the baseboards, with a more intense cleaning of the kitchen (to include: cleaning the cabinets, inside and out; wiping down the appliances; wiping the countertops and cleaning out the refrigerator. This DID NOT include floors (we had a carpet cleaner coming) or any area you would need a ladder to reach. Rena brought 3 ladies who each went to various areas of the house. The four of them cleaned for approximately 4 hours. I helped clean the kitchen. After several hours of cleaning I looked at what the other women were doing around the house and found they hadn't cleaned the blinds or the windows. Rena asked us to inspect, but then wanted us to detail every spot rather than just cleaning "the blinds or the windows" she wanted us to show her each spot. I went back and forth to several areas for about 30 minutes, before I decided trying to point out every spot for her crew was more trouble than it was worth. Rena told us the final bill was not $500, but $650 since it took longer than she anticipated to clean. Even though she personally inspected the house BEFORE she quoted the price and she didn't complete the job she said she was going to do. Just after her team left and Rena had stayed behind for payment, we noticed four bottles of alcohol were missing. (We had brought items, that could not be shipped, to the house from our previous home, specifically several bottles of liquor that I had placed in one of the kitchen cabinets to get it out of the way.). We mentioned this to Rena who said the ladies may have thrown them away. Rena left, but said she would ask the ladies about the bottles and check the trash bags and let us know. Two of the bottles hadn't been opened and the other two were more than 3/4 full, so it seemed unlikely the women would throw them away without asking. The next morning we noticed the trash bags had been left outside (not taken away as originally promised) so we checked them and the bottles weren't there. When we spoke to Rena again, she assured us she would replace the bottles. She asked that we show her a receipt when we purchased the replacement items. She seemed reasonable and we were happy to chalk up the missing bottles as a misunderstanding. After we purchased three of the four bottles, we sent the receipt to Rena. We were surprised when she refused to pay. ??? We went back and forth for several weeks (sometimes it would take her a week to respond to our text) until she finally agreed to pay less than half of what it cost to replace three of the four missing bottles! She was completely unprofessional concerning replacing the bottles her team had taken without permission. Her team did a mediocre job at best and she uncharged us after she quoted is a price. Disappointing on many levels. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. read more

I had a great experience today with Above & beyond Cleaning Services. They did an awesome job cleaning my home and were very courteous about working around my dog and napping four month old. They came in and transformed my house in an hour. I loved that they asked what specifically I wanted done so that time wasn't wasted on things I didn't want, my dishes washed, but were focused on the things I cared about, dusting, vacuuming, mopping etc. I highly recommend them! read more

They do not provide a contract or advise you of rates as well as they they are unreliable on the dates and times they will show to perform services. The owner will email you, call you and text you without mercy and provide alleged false billing of hours and services. They are the WORST service when it comes to being reliable and they have not returned my house key, my building access remote or my private gate remote. My experience was TERRIBLE and continues every day, multiple times a day with harassment form the owner. Careful of your valuables and they very questionable billing practices. I was looking for house detailing. I was never quoted a price beforehand. After they charged me for 6 hours and left at 5 hours, I was told it would be 100 per hour (on "sale" from the usual 130 per hour). Then it was cash only so I had to find 580 dollars to pay in cash. My floors were not mopped, my utility room was completely ignored, my closets were a mess (after being told they were cleaned), some ceiling fans were still dusty, and a lot of dust behind all furniture still. All Windows were not cleaned and some window sills were still dusty. I can do by myself in 8 hours what 5 PEOPLE did in 5 hours and overcharged me at a ridiculous price. I don't need 5 people to halfway clean my house. Definitely would never use this company again. I was also told I would be reimbursed if I was overcharged for too much time....never happened. I also never got a promised email receipt. I was also told future cleanings would be 86 per hour. Was my house somewhat cleaner than it was before they spent 5 hours? Sure, but was it detailed?
