When I asked to speak with a manager she said there was only an owner above her and they would call me back. This never happened and when I tried to call back they refused to answer or return my calls. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!! Also, the carpet was not cleaned very well. They spent 10-15 minutes tops cleaning a staircase from first to second floor. This was no deep cleaning and we could have done better job with a rental steamer.

When we decided to book I managed to get the costs down. Two ladies arrived on time and we very friendly. They provide their own cleaning supplies, stools, buckets, which is great. There were supposed to be three ladies but they said the third would come later. They worked 9-2:30. When I got home o noticed right away they didn't vacuum my carpet. So I checked and there were many things they didn't do. During the quote I was told they would pull everything out of the shelf and clean. They didn't, they wiped around everything.
