Other companies seemed uninterested, but when I contacted Christian, he asked me a few questions and requested pictures. He stopped by on his way home from the hospital after his wife just gave birth to his child a couple hours after I spoke with him. Without asking for payment, Christian climbed on the roof of the house and disconnected the wires to make sure they were safe and then would have a very reasonable estimate ready for me that day. It was much more extensive than we first realized. So it took him longer to fix it. Turned out the toilet wasn't even the main problem, but rather a leaky pipe hidden in the wall being the main problem. He stayed late well passed 10pm to finish the repair.
