But Chris was very helpful and reassured me that he would help and only took 15 minutes to arrive once there the service was great he took care of everything and made the process of towing the vehicle to a safe area and change the tire painless. I owe him a great deal of gratitude for the way he treats his customers and the service he provides when your in a pinch. Also he wrote me a receipt for the tow and tire change and I was able to be partially reimbursed by AAA.

They called me scared, afraid and did not know what to do. I called Chris transport, to see if he could go to the scene of the accident and help my friend out. I gave him the location, and he said he's on his way. Once he arrived my friend called me and thanked me and said that he was very helpful and comforting in her time of despair. He towed her car to a body shop that he was familiar with. He then told her if she needed help legally, meaning if she needed to be referred to a lawyer he also can help. My friend called me last night, to tell me that they picked up their car and the work that the Bodyshop did, was amazing. Thank you Chris for helping my friend. Anybody out there that needs A safe, reliable towing company call Chris transport. You'll find that he can be helpful in more ways than one.

I never authorized for him to move my car to anywhere. He charged my insurance for taking off parts, Which he never removed. Joey happened to be driving by and saw my car pulled off to the side. He pulled over and offered to help out. He had my spare tire on in less than 5 minutes and I was quickly back on the road to work. I offered to pay, but he did the job free of charge. I later found out, he was actually off-duty - on his way to a tee-time, and was still willing to help out!! This act of kindness was unexpected and a rare thing these days. Joey was a gem. I used City Wide via AAA because my car died and I needed the car towed to the dealer for repair…read more The pickup was fine; however, the driver just dropped my car at the dealer without actually handing the vehicle off to someone, AND he took the key fob with him instead of leaving it in a night deposit envelope or even in the vehicle itself. Ended up taking me more than 72 hours to get the key fob back, and because of that, repairs to the vehicle/fob still have yet to be addressed. Use at your own risk!!!
