A pipe burst in my parent's house while they were away in hospital and the bottom floor got flooded. They stole money, destroyed the upper cabinets in the kitchen that were not water damaged. Insulation under the house was removed along with pipes that were left hanging and broken, large holes in kitchen walls way above where water was, upper cabinets pulled away from wall laying on refrigerator they did not repair the damage. Just stole money and other things. There is even more too much to write. Update: time for legal action. I would be very careful if you need remediation in the Lynchburgva Virginia area do not use Service Masters.
