They are honest, hardworking people and they were cautious to make sure our dogs were safe before opening gates, etc. my wife was extremely complimentary to them due to the conscientious nature of the crew. My house looks phenomenal as well. Any questions/requests I had were immediately addressed. Oh and they came when they said they would, one day when the wind was 30mph they rapidly decided that it was a bad idea to be 30+ft up on a ladder (This was a wise decision). The next day, they were back at it again. This was my first experience where a contractor actually showed up religiously when he said he would. If I have issues, I'm confident Armored Painting will stand by their work. I don't expect issues as everything looks great. Done Rite Seamless Gutters has solved all our leak problems. Ricardo installed a new gutter system to get more water off of the roof. Several months later, he returned to tweak the gutter system at no additional charge. Furthermore, he has helped repair the shoddy work done by previous roofers and even recommended a roofing company to cover the roof of our largest studio. In California when you call to have something done on your home the business your working with will come to your residence and get started with the job you have asked quotes for if you agree on their terms. I've learned here. "In the Valley," the business you call come or they don't. I've had several appoints be cancelled at the last minute or the vendor in question just doesn't show up at all. This is my experience. Your experience may be totally different but so far I have seen a laid back approach when it comes to the Valley and business coming on time as promised. When we moved into the area a neighbor recommended I get rain gutters installed on my home as soon as possible. Normally I wouldn't think anything about rain or rain gutters. I'm from California. It never rains in southern California. I experience my first rain storm here in the Valley. Holy Crap. I thought Noah's Ark was coming down the street. It was actually cool. I loved it but the rain storms I have seen so far are no joke. I'm not familiar with the area so I always go to Yelp for assistance in these matters. That is were I found Phenix Remo and Roofing RGV. Brian, the owner of Phenix Remo and Roofing RGV contacted Ricardo Saenz the owner of Done Rite Seamless Gutters. Ricardo arrived at my home on time. The work Ricardo did with his work crew was exquisite. The job was done quickly and professionally. Ricardo was excellent. Ricardo reminded me of Lou Ferrigno (For the younger generation. The guy who played the original incredible Hulk on TV). Meaning this guy was cut like a switchblade. My wife kept coming outside to look at the gutters being installed. Really woman?
