Maryland Food Bank thrives off of weekend volunteer hours for packers in their conveyor belt area to box canned goods and boxed foods as they'd otherwise have to bill these hours to payroll. I enjoyed myself and even got in a little cardio as the belt moved more and more foodstuffs through. I was in charge of canned veggies and boy were there lots of them. It was a good time and I can't wait to go back!

Had 2 pound chocolates sent to my aunt for her birthday. Requested gift wrapped...they did not…read morewrap. They put the chocolates in a fed-x envelope and sent it. The chocolates were all one big melted glob. I called and they said they will send it again the same way. I told them do not send it in an envelope. I have spent hundreds of dollars in gifts send every year and it's always in a foam box with ice packs. They gave me a hard time and want to send the chocolates in a bag. I've been dealing with Wockenfuss for over 50 years and they never ever have given me a dime of a coupon. I am always willing to pay for the shipping and proper packaging. Not happy!!!!!!!

Went in to look around for some materials for my garage and some of the young guys working there…read morewere very helpful until some arrogant manager came over and sarcastically asked them what they were doing. I had asked them for 12 sheets of luan and they needed to be in good shape because I was using them on an exposed ceiling. The manager came over and I told him I needed them undamaged and he look at me with a very disrespectful stare and said that I was funny.... He was very ignorant and wasn't happy the staff were helping me. I checked over the luan that they pulled for me and a few were damaged and I didn't want to waste time having them put them back and get other ones so I told him I didn't want them and he can put them back. I just went to Home Depot and got the same thing in pristine condition for $0.50 more per sheet. They are overpriced there and management is horrible so goto another location or the Loading Dock in Baltimore. I buy stuff there and management is helpful and not ignorant.... He should be fired and never work in customer service or management of any type.... I hope he reads this. I am sure all of the staff know who I am talking about and they share my comment. He was probably in his 50s and had some crazy red or reddish blonde hair.... He had this crazy look on his face like he was always mad.... Steer clear...
