I am a 26 year old professional, recently graduated with an MSc and working to be admitted to law school. I am currently employed with a company that offers partial reimbursement for health insurance. I found USHealth Group through the marketplace, and was connected with JENNIFER STONE the same day. Having been insurance-less for nearly a decade, one could say I wasn't well versed on the subject. I realized that my lack of knowledge would likely be apparent to any salesperson I spoke with. When I was on the phone with Jennifer, I made a point to express my concern about potentially being taken advantage of. I told her my budget, and she immediately offered me a plan that was nearly 200% of my budget. I took ample time to consider the cost of this plan. I was assured by Jennifer AND HER SUPERVISOR that the very most I would pay for any generic prescription would be $8-$12, and that all of my doctor's visits would be covered, plus 6 specialty visits per year. I felt uneasy about the cost, so I spoke with Jennifer on two separate occasions to be sure I was fully understanding my benefits. Every question I posed seemed to be answered in ways that justified the price, so I followed through. Now we fast forward to my first dermatology visit. After the visit, I owed the office $6. I thought "Hmm, that is strange, but what's 6 bucks?". Later that day when my prescription was ready, I went to the pharmacy, only to be met with a $217 bill for the very necessary medication I was seeking. I thought "Oh no, there has been a mistake". I reached out to Jennifer, and her idea of remedying the problem was to offer me a goodrx coupon. I strictly told her that did not resolve my problem, and that she needed to figure out why my prescription was not $10 like she AND HER SUPERVISOR had told me days before. Her search for answers was inconclusive. I started considering cancelling my plan, but felt stuck because if I were to cancel, I would not have coverage for other doctor visits. This past weekend, I had an appointment at the gynecologist. I was turned away for an incredibly important cancer screening after my OBGYN office tried to add my USHEALTH GROUP insurance to my profile, only to find out that the treatment I was set to have that day was considered an "exclusion" of my plan. Now, let's backtrack to the conversation I had with JENNIFER STONE AND HER SUPERVISOR so that I can accurately convey how frustrating this was. I had made sure to thoroughly question the benefits of the plan, asking what kinds of services were included, and specifically inquiring about common procedures/treatments I anticipated having. Jennifer and her supervisor BOTH assured me that gynecological exams, tests, ultrasounds, biopsies, blood draws, ETC would be covered. Again, this is one of the big reasons I agreed to sign up for a plan that was double my budget. After I was turned away from this appointment, I called Jennifer (who up until this point, seemed quite inclined to help). She did not answer her phone, so I left a voicemail. I stated that I felt manipulated and taken advantage of, and reminded her that I AM A HUMAN BEING, NOT JUST A WAY TO MAKE COMMISSION. She did not return my call. The next day, I attempted to get ahold of her again through text message. I noted that I had given her 24 hours to respond to my voicemail, and that she could expect a full review of her dishonest, unethical approach to insurance sales. She simply told me to file a claim. Jennifer Stone and her supervisor are incredibly unethical in their practice of selling health insurance. It is glaringly obvious to me that she saw an opportunity to sell me an expensive plan that did not fit my needs, LIE to me about the benefits, discard my very real concerns, and ultimately regard this "successful sale" as just another notch in her belt. IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR HEALTH COVERAGE TO BE USED AS MERELY A TOOL FOR AN AGENT'S PROMOTION, AVOID USHEALTH GROUP AT ALL COSTS, AND ESPECIALLY JENNIFER STONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Tyler form the Home owner insurance call center was rude and condescending, I have a new policy…read moreand I'm going to cancel after that phone call. Just like car salesman, willing to tell you want you want to hear when signing up but buyers remorse sets in when you try and get someone on the phone for help after the sale. If you have other options I would check them first before giving this little lizard any money. Costly mistake on my part, now I will go back to a broker. At least you have someone to go to bat for you when problems arise.

    Let me 1st say The local Florida Geico have had no personal interaction with any office in Florida…read more So I cannot say anything negative or positive about them!! But on the phone Geico!!! If could give no stars I would but Yelp won't let me Just moved from NJ to Florida been a long time customer in NJ No Accidents, No DUI's No points No claims !!! Very Clean Driving Record!!! So in NJ was paying $243.00 a month Came to Florida called Geico had just paid on 2/18/21 $ 436.02 that was due on 3/1/21 to get the bill out of the way So while on the phone with the agent said, just moved to Florida have an appointment for new plates registration and license on 2/22/21. So going to need new insurance cards to reflect the Florida address And what's the new price I am quoted $928.00 per month I'm like are you kidding? NJ is the highest in the country for Auto Insurance and I have a clean license and no accidents So called State Farm got a quote for $220.00 a month Took it!!! And it's for better coverage So call Geico told have to cancel bc of the outrageous price So the Agent Mike says that's doesn't sound right He gets an Florida agent they do the numbers and they were correct so we canceled I asked about my refund I had some money due from February and being paid Geico early I have a good amount of refund so he calculated told me my refund would be $244.86 said that's all? Asked ok, when will I see that in my bank account he said 3/5 business days So I said by 2/26 would be the latest He says Yes!!! So this morning I called Geico being in day 4 of the 3/5 days to see about my refund I speak with someone named Shaniqua explained the situation She says oh your refund I see $1.16 has been processed should be receiving it in 10 business days I'm WHAT!!! No That is wrong the amount, the date Ask to speak to supervisor given ( Robyn ) I'm now told my refund is going to be $243.26 and I will Have the remaining bulk of it week of March 8. So I said wait why is this taking so long they gave me this big story about a mistake made that I'm going to get to $1.16 on March 1st and the balance Week of 3/8 I said why am I being penalized for your mistake well that's just the way it is and this is the customer service that Geico gives they very easily quick to take it out of my account but refunds are another story. I am so disheartened by Geico I never want to use them again truthfully I think the amounts that they're offering are off but I don't know I just can't deal with it I just want my money back I wanna go be with State FarmWho gave me this wonderful price and the heck with Geico I just want my money back I'm going to try back at 10:30 when the shifts of the supervisors change and I don't want Robyn back Because while I was on the phone with her not only was she rude but she acted like I was interrupting her instead of giving me quality customer service I mean I don't know what happened to them they used to be really good at least they were up north in NJ down here in Florida they suck
