Waited 4 months for an appointment for…read morean anual physical exam, was seeing here by Tonya Bradley and was the worst exam I ever had in my 40+ years of care. I didn't have to change on a gown this "Doctor" didn't do a breast exam, pap-smear, no check for my reflex on the knees, or listen to my belly movements. They told me I will get a call for my mammogram (no call at all) after my frustration of waiting 2 weeks for a phone call or response (try them 3 times on the phone) from anyone; I drove to the clinic just to find out that I have to wait till Dec 30/19 for my Mammogram. I have not gotten any results (no call at all) after a month for lab test. How can a Clinic get your money like that, with such a horrible service?

I don't know about the other physicians because I have never seen them I don't believe. Dr Campbell and his staff always take great care of me and my issues. They see me the same day if needed. It is always easy to make appointments and I am always treated with respect and feel very comfortable with the treatment I received. I am never rushed and have all the confidence in the providers that I see at the time of my visit. I am very thankful for them and appreciate all they do. I enjoy the care from the doctors and nurses in the Internal medicine building…read more However..... billing has caused me great stress considering I am recuperating from surgery and I get a call to collect 13 dollars... yes, you read that right..13 dollars that I owed . After paying they then proceed to try to collect on a bill I haven't even received yet. Wondering if I should check on this! What kind of medical profession does this to their patients. I have NEVER not paid my bills. To get that call was an absolute insult!!!

Now that almost all interaction is through an app, it's ever more nerve-wracking. I'll message to book and appointment, including times and dates I'm available, which dr I want to see (my reg was Gauthier, but he's recently mostly retired -- I'm am sad, he was the best) Dr G was the best doctor I've ever had. He listens, sits next me to have a normal human conversation, and he explains things in easily digestible. On top of all that, he's the kindest man in the world. I've been lucky to catch him on his fill-in days, so that's always a pleasant surprise!
