Waited 4 months for an appointment for…read morean anual physical exam, was seeing here by Tonya Bradley and was the worst exam I ever had in my 40+ years of care. I didn't have to change on a gown this "Doctor" didn't do a breast exam, pap-smear, no check for my reflex on the knees, or listen to my belly movements. They told me I will get a call for my mammogram (no call at all) after my frustration of waiting 2 weeks for a phone call or response (try them 3 times on the phone) from anyone; I drove to the clinic just to find out that I have to wait till Dec 30/19 for my Mammogram. I have not gotten any results (no call at all) after a month for lab test. How can a Clinic get your money like that, with such a horrible service?

I have been a patient for around 7 years now. I have always enjoyed my experience with his office,…read moreand with Dr. Veale himself; however, with the implementation of this new VIP Program, I have more than a bitter taste in my mouth. I have moved cities and can no longer continue to go to Dr. Veale's office out of practicability purposes. I have also started a new job with a new insurance plan, one that requires prior authorization for certain medication dealing with quantity limits. I called his office to ask if they would send a prior authorization form to my insurance company since Dr. Veale is the physician who prescribed the medicine. I was very rudely told that since I am not part of his VIP service, that there is nothing they can do about it, and I need to find a new doctor. This wouldn't be an issue, except I am now on the last days of my prescription, and getting in to see a new doctor isn't exactly the easiest thing to do. One minor thing from a patient of almost a decade, and I was told no. To me this is unacceptable and unprofessional.

The person at the window closed the window in my face when I stepped up and I could hear her tell another woman". I'm busy and we are short handed she will just have to wait". I dropped off my new patient paperwork in person on May 9th and still can't get an appointment as of today June 2nd 2025. I have called several times and the only answer I get is they have not looked at my paperwork. How long does it take to look at 2 sheets of paper and set an appointment? Meanwhile I have a softball size mass in my left breast and have explained this to the person who answered the phone and can't get an appointment. I can't go see anyone else or even get a mammogram without a referral from my PCM.
