We called on July 2nd and were informed we would not receive an estimate until mid to late August. They would not give a estimate for the work start. They did not offer any real reason for this delay, except to say they were busy. Extremely poor communication, no interest in resolving our poor service or offering any recompense for a job that coould have been completed by now.

Later got a call from Gordy who said he was doing work in this area and would call me back on Thursday and make arrangements to come and look at the doors. Of course it is now Friday and he hasn't called or showed up. What a crappy way to run a business. At this point, I wouldn't trust him to clean up after my dog, much less fix a door. The search continues.
