He asked for clarification, but none came. Another year goes by & we receive another bill - with another year's interest - now over $700. He asked for a hard copy not yet received. I've worked in customer service and would never treat a customer so shoddily. Apparently it's on the client to bug the business about how their calculations worked out & what is owed. I was told I could come in anytime it would only take a minute for them to adjust the sore spots where the dentures were rubbing. This is so painful!! Well after they do the surgery apparently, they do not do what they promise they got my money and moved on to the new customers. The receptionist Bailey would not even ask DR brady if he could see me really quick , I tried to explain to her he promised me all I had to do is call he would see me right away due to the amount of discomfort and how quick and easy of a fix it is for him. See this appointment are not charged they come with the denture surgery they are needed you get up to 3 free adjustments it has been 2 weeks and I have not had an adjustment yet. Ask anyone with dentures how important these adjustments are they will tell you not to come to Winterholler for this surgery. She would not let me leave a message for the dentist.
