This trip was the worst experience we have had thus far with any rental in any place we have been. To begin our nightmare vacation we entered a home that smelled completely of garlic and onions. Had to air out the entire house for a few hours and the smell still lingered. Every thermostat is set to 55 degrees and saved so we would turn on the heater and then it would go back to 55. The first night we had to wake up every hour to reset the thermostat to heat us up. The sheets in this establishment were stained. Were the cleaned yet stained I don't know but both the downstairs and upstairs had dirty sheets. The sheets your company uses are 5 dollars at most. Put a few as back up when you cheap out on the cleaning and they don't notice the dirty sheets so we can change them ourselves. The entire place has stickers saying to use the 5G WiFi option. That WiFi did not work the entirety of the vacation. Sometimes it would work upstairs but never downstairs. So we had to resort to the regular one with the same password but it would give a warning of low security. We called and William answered the next day letting him know the sheets were dirty and the nest issue and the no WiFi. He says "yeah the WiFi is definitely bad" then why you offering it? He then said "you said the sheets are dirty and I don't know what that means". THE SHEETS ARE NOT CLEAN is what it means. You can provide CLEAN or DIRTY sheets there is no in between. So when I say the SHEETS ARE DIRTY it means you need to change them. He had the driest tone and then when I called him out on it he tells me "I didn't raise my voice". Sorry buddy you don't need to raise your voice to show you think you're talking down on your guests. Overall a horrible experience and I will make sure we never rent a property where the owners are cheap enough to pick this establishment as there management service. 0 stars if I could. Shame on you as the owner for treating your guests this way. Pictures attached of what DIRTY SHEETS mean. Or just look up the definition of DIRTY in the dictionary so you don't belittle your guests next time.

For 3 day weekend was charged over $1000 in additional fees, rented a house which turned out to be a unit in a multi unit narrow street near Eagle Lodge. Photo was cropped and looked like a real house, did not show duplex and crowded nature of the street. Was never able to reach the host via VRBO because the email address I had when I used them several years ago was old and the website said there was a problem at their end so was never able to reach the host via vrbo using the email I had used to book the "house". Took several hours to reach a person at VRBO to get the address, directions and key to the rental. Info was sent by email. Very frustrating for a vacation.

Right out the door you go down a flight of stairs to exit into the village (restaurants, shopping, gondola). The topper! My wife left her diamond necklace which i had just bought her for our ten year anniversary in the room after we left and hadn't realized she forgot it until we got home (390 miles away). We contacted mammoth front desk, they within an hour had gone back to the unit and contacted us via e-mail that they had the neckless YA HOO!!! Just received it in the mail today, Thank You!
