For 3 day weekend was charged over $1000 in additional fees, rented a house which turned out to be a unit in a multi unit narrow street near Eagle Lodge. Photo was cropped and looked like a real house, did not show duplex and crowded nature of the street. Was never able to reach the host via VRBO because the email address I had when I used them several years ago was old and the website said there was a problem at their end so was never able to reach the host via vrbo using the email I had used to book the "house". Took several hours to reach a person at VRBO to get the address, directions and key to the rental. Info was sent by email. Very frustrating for a vacation.

But they had to go buy the batteries and that was .8 miles away and that took another 45 min is what I was told. "Run Forrest Run". And let the smoke alarms beep!!!! Jerrica, my representative found a potential renter within the first week. Unfortunately, that tenant didn't work out. My mortgage was due, and my brand-new condo was sitting idle. Jerrica put an end to my worries and the following week the condo was rented for 12 months. We had to give a little discount, and I was okay with that. Thereafter, they collected the rent like clockwork, and the rent was deposited as smoothly as a glass of Double Black Johnny Walker. I am extremely happy with Blizzard, especially Jerrica. The technician actually drove all the way from Mammoth Lakes to the San Fernando Valley just to help them out. He installed a brand-new motor and even replaced the metal plates that help guide the garage door when it opens and closes. He also made sure everything was adjusted properly and that the paint and finish looked clean--honestly, the door now looks and works like new. He was kind, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to others.
