They do a perfectly acceptable job of it. Prices are 100 SEK for 5 shirts and that is in line with the market in Stockholm. They are friendly enough here so keep coming back. The only thing I could wish for is slightly faster service as it often takes several days to get your shirts back but it's also typical for the dry cleaners that actually do not do any of the washing on site.

The guy behind the counter is very helpful and takes on even odd assignments without hesitation. I came here with a button that had come loose from a pair of jeans and he fixed it for free! It took him no time but I really think he should consider what it's worth to the customer rather than how little of an effort the task requires for him! Anyway, the guy is very generous and helpful. He can also apply new soles to your shoes if they are worn. I had him fix the soles and a broken zipper on a pair of boots I own and he did a really nice job. Now I just have to get some clothes that require dry cleaning, so that I have more reason to come here!

She packed my fragile items up, explained the process for a foreigner shipping items out of the country, and then went through all the rates to find the best one. FYI shipping a 4 kg box via UPS or DHL to the US is insanely expensive. I ended up choosing the Swedish PostNord since it was three times cheaper than the private companies. A good experience. If you are unable or just don't want to pack up your own package then coming here vs the actual post office is probably your best bet. The packing supplies are reasonably priced and they will complete the customs forms for you.
